Dunno Email notification

okay so i keep getting email notification about replys to a thread, how do i stop them from coming? yeah i know that you suppose to uncheck the box for email notification but what if i forgot to do it and now i keep getting these damn emails?

edit options --> Use 'Email Notification' by default? check no.

and then go to profiles. click on subscribed threads. then click on "Unsubscribe From All Threads"
