Techno ID needed

Hey guys. I wish I had a sample but I don't. It's this tune that's really banging and sounds like Latinoish and has some woman saying something. If it helps, it's played in Ben Long's set at Timewarp 2004 (about 1/3-1/2 way through his set) and on Luke Slater's segment in the I Love Techno 2003 DVD. Any help is appreciated
