FYI, it's "Amoeba Assassin - Piledriver (Grayed Out Mix)" that you are looking for...the summer mix was only on Oakey's mix CD and there is NO difference at all.

It's been released on CD... I've just never seen it for sale. Here is the release: http://www.discogs.com/release/182498

EDIT: I stand corrected...that is only the "normal" version.... the only other place you'll find the grayed out mix is on the Oakenfold compilation.
