ID Track With Vocal...played at Guv June 10

I heard this trance track at guvernment on june 10, just a little before tiesto began.

I know i have heard this song many times, but for some reason when i heard it i was just like wtf is that.. and its been bothering me since.

Im pretty sure its fairly new, but there is a female vocal and it just she goes: "There is a starrr" (this like echoes off)
