techno tune id

hi,
i heard this in shine (belfast),and umek was on he played this tune which has been really annoying me cause no one can id it on the shine message board,so i hope somebody would help me with it here.its a techno tune,and in the background u can here a voice goin (ROCK IT RITE),thats all i can remember about it.any ideas???
