hello
ive got this cable

and now i want connect it to game port in my sound card so is there any transition like that??

Game port can be plug in the PIN Connector not the MIDI cable.

An example for you:

The Pin connector are to be connect to your Sound card Game Port.

Hope it helps you. Normal MIDI cable will not fit it in. Just that you must get the cable that have Pin Connector with MIDI cable connector.
