LOL ill accept that too!

Im going to try and be a fun employer as long as my employees dont try to take advantage of it. I know what its like to be on the other end of a fast food job.

Although i do look for certain qualities in my employees when hiring them, honesty and good natured are the top qualities i look for because it will shine through to the customers which will make them come back. It will also make the workplace a hell of a lot more fun to be in.

you are the type of employer that i would of loved to have 2 years ago.

usually there's something very wrong with retail/fast food managers and they like to take their shit out on the employees. not cool!

i've taken my fair share of retail shit, never again!

Dude you had to say it!?!?!?!

The answers: Most of the usually fluff and politically correct BS.

One guy had a great answer though.

"Because i want to possibly own my own some day" and by looking at his resume he wasnt BSing either. Very smart guy.

Sadly we are now delayed by a week since the city has to come and ispect the plumbing and they work on the maana maana concept of time.

Hey Jayx1, good luck with your business. So you're opening up a restaurant, can you give me an idea of how much start up capital you need and a brief description of what you need to get started?

I will most likely be heading to that direction in the near future because there's nothing better than being your own boss.

GOOD LUCK WITH IT MAN!!!
