What do you think of this snipit of a tune im making. Im posting it here becuase i highly value peoples opinion in the forum. If it sounds shit, tell me, its electro type stuff so you'l probs hate it anyway. Ah well.:d

Its just 2 loops really, i know theres a lot to be done on it. When you say 2d do you mean no builds, crashes etc? Like it needs polishing or something else?

Im not sure at the mo whether to harden up the kick, originally it was a lot more electro but would probably suit a harder kick now. Anybody got any tips on how to fatten up the bass. Im really shit at using compression, i cant get my head round it and havent been able to for the last 3 years. Maybe just whack some highpass filters on all the high stuff? That should bring the bass out a bit more. I dunno. As i said though its just 2 loops, the very basics of a tune. Still needs a lot more doing to it.

hrmm.. neither.. mostly just suprise at how 80s the track is.. not that is a bad thing.. i've done some 80s like tracks.. they're fun
