The word "MINT" was created by a guy who went by the nickname of "TOSKA" from Bell Post Hill, a suburb of Geelong in Australia. This word was most frequently used by the Macedonian community in Australia and eventually spread to England, Canada and then globally. The word is basically used when describing anything that is deemed as being better than 'good'. The word had it's origins in the 1980's from people who used to hang around the Bell Post Hill shops.
