Vinyls I plan on getting after I get TT's
Ok, here's a list of vinyls I plan on buying after getting some TT's, tell me what you think:
Lolita - Baby One Baby Two
Ika - One for Me, One for You
Mega NRG Man - Grand Prix
DJ Snowman - Skydiver
Darude - Sandstorm
Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes
Digital Pressure - Aftershokk
4 Strings - Diving(Original Vocal Mix)
Darude vs Robert Miles - Children of the Sandstorm
BT - Flaming June
Paul van Dyk - Like an Angel
Devils - The Devil is a DJ
Special D - Come with Me
Lightforce - Join Me
Enya - Only Time
Enya - Anywhere Is
Enya - The First of Autumn
Scooter - Nessaja
Scooter - Faster Harder Scooter
ATC - Walk on Water
Sash! - Colour the World
Go Go Girls - Ole Sole Mio
Real McCoy - Run Away(Hallucination Mix)
More to come, and don't bug me about alot of them being cheese. One man's cheese is another man's PvD track. What else would you recommend?
EDIT: And that Go Go Girls one, it's pronounced "oh solay me"
DJ Sammy, Lasgo, Milk Inc, Axel Coon, Gigi D'Agostino...
Just an FYI, your not gonna learn anything spinning those tracks - actually, your gonna bury yourself.
Funny how you alienate yourself even more by your track selection.

You are so attention starved it's not even laughable anymore. You just suck.

Honestly, its a fucking mockary, the kid admits he has a social problem and he obviously doesnt get out much and doesnt have many friends. So you would think that he would come here and try to make some aquaintences, but instead of trying to make friends, and learn the scene so that he could be able to carry on an intellectual conversation with someone about EDM and educate people where he is from, he chooses tracks that people could careless about and will make him an even BIGGER loner on a forum that has thousands of people. I dont know how you could alienate yourself from thousands of people who seem to share a common interest in musical genre, yet you managed to pull it off... congradulations.
a few things, first off, i am almost positive now, that this "kid" is a troll.
second, at least two of those songs are good:
BT - Flaming June
Paul van Dyk - For an Angel
if u are actually serious about buying those songs, your digging yourself a big hole
buy some new stuff..and no cheese there is enough around already
have fun with that
First off, I like those tracks. Besides, IMHO, DJ Tiesto spins cheese.
And also, whoever the purple teletubby guy is, why don't you just stfu? You seem attention starved yourself. How is a thread about what people think about my vinyl selection a quest for attention? You're a true dipshit.
And also, for those of you who think that I should try to make friends... go learn to speak fluent Japanese in 10 hours. That's about how easy it is for me.

You dont make it any easier by alienating yourself.

If this guy is for real, I've lost all respect for humanity.
i dont know, most of these would go down great at my local all-ages club....

Tracks/Artists in that list that have being spun by bigtime DJ's(Ferry Corsten, Tiesto, PvD, etc):
Artist: Ian van Dahl(gonna edit some of her tracks into the list). Her song "Try" was featured in a VA mix.
Track: Darude - Sandstorm. Spun by Ferry Corsten in Trance Nation CD 4(or one of the other CD's, can't remember)
Track: Motorcycle - As the Rush Comes. Spun by Tiesto in Nyana Indoor Mix.
Track: Digital Pressure - Aftershokk. Spun by PvD at Energy 2003.
Track: BT - Flaming June. Spun by PvD, along with a remix.
And the other ones, I like them. Ok? I don't have dreams of spinning at clubs or battling PvD. No, I just want to spin music because it's something that may just help me out with socialization. The school's desperate for a good DJ, as our previous one moved to Des Moines(he was a teacher at the school), and I could possibly make friends by being a DJ, as it's one of the "cool" things, as seen by the popular people. Now, you may think that I'm not going to learn anything, but I like those tracks, and will work with them for hours on end to mix. I'm not going to work with tracks that I hate but you guys love. Everyone has different tastes. And for me, yes, it's next to impossible to socially intereact. Why? www.aspergia.com
Read up on Aspergers there.

| Originally posted at that asper...something site The main characteristics of an Aspergian are often (but not always) a deep focus on a specialist subject or area (or consecutive areas), a difficulty in understanding human interactions and human social codes (almost like being an alien trying to understand a strange species) and thus also a difficulty with changing environments which need to be learned and adjusted to. Aspergians tend to have a normal to high intelligence, often coupled with a special skill or ability (e.g. extraordinary mathematical or linguistic abilities). In addition People with "Asperger's Syndrome" are sometimes hypersensitive to various stimuli such as light, noise and pain, and their motor skills may be less developed than the norm (e.g. they tend to play less sports). Many of them are partially face-blind (have a problem remembering faces), and are often clumsy. They have to invest a lot of energy in understanding interactions, and would often need to consciously plan their social behaviour in advance, including when they walk down a busy pedestrian road, and have to avoid running into people. That intuition - the innate ability to translate human body-language and non-verbal cues is simply not there for them. Aspergians often describe their experience as that of "being on the wrong planet". They have to learn how humans interact and simulate it. It isn't a natural trait for them as it is for everyone else. |

, more cool faces means I'm cooler than you.
OMG, Im in the cool krew too *high five*
^
You know what Kami needs, he needs to go to a public school like I used to go to. My HS had 4500 students, it was IMPOSSIBLE not to know a few people.
I dont need or want to read up on Aspergia, I find it to be a psychological thing that can be fixed if you grow some balls and get out.
Lets try some logistics:
If I lock myself in my room, than I shall have no friends.
If I open my mouth and introduce myself to someone, than I will know 1 more person.
If I know people, than I will have friends.
BTW, ya'll might be
(cool), but Im
(toocool).
