Too good to be true?

Apartment

2 bedroom
1 bathroom

Swimming pool
Balcony
Laundry Facilities
Fridge
Stove
Oven

700 sq feet

Heat, power, water included in rent

$350/month.

I drove by this place today, and it seemed like an alright apartment complex.

but still 700 in total. that's pretty good.

i would only worry about the sq footage. a bachelor apartment in an apartment building is 600-650 sq ft. I can't imagine two rooms and an actual apartment in 700 sq ft.

350 for an 2 bdroom apartment doesn't seem right- no matter where it is! i agree that it sounds like it's per room- which is still not too shabby

I agree about the quoted size. My place is a one bedroom and its about the same size. I can't imagine where I would stick another bedroom without losing my living room.

it's in Collingwood (Hume and First to be exact)

I just found out its a guy with a 2 bedroom apartment looking to split it... he just seemed to have to failed to mention it in the ad.

Rents are always dirt cheap in small towns.

Im sure you could get a 1 bedroom inc utilities for 500 up there.
