flyers for uk events

where can i get flyers for events like GKGG, my bedroom needs decorating.

I got some from GC NEC last year, but cant remember where i got them from

sorry if this is a lame question

I get all the GK, GG and other random flyers from the posh shops in town, they all have them... oh and my local record shop has em alll too. So you should try at record shops :P

there are websites that sell posters etc for gigs and festies but i dont think they do dance events tho

Can you not sign up on their websites for news letters about events, they send flyers in them, those little A5 ones. And sometimes there in Mixmag too.

my bedroom is decorated sweet. on 2 walls i have my dedication to the early rave days, one wall has a 1.5mx1m gatecrasher poster from 2001 and a tracid traxxx tour 2000 poster. and the other wall just has the original evil dead movie poster atm, ive been wanting to decorate it a little further tho as its a little bare

they key is holding onto the flyers you get at the end of a night on your way out .. or stealing off with a nice poster if possible .. my prised poster atm is the a2 gkgg04 poster i got from gods

i never seem to get any good flyers after clubs, remember going through a pack after the last turnmills night, and they were all shite

the only ones i got so far are crasher vs passion (which they sent when i ordered the ticket)
Two from crasher NEC (cant remember where they came from)
One from each of my germany trips (record store in germany)
One from wildchild roit (cant remember)

yup record shops are good, but if you get loads from outside the club theres usually one or two cool ones in there...

its not as easy as you think to get good flyers, most are actually shit

The box that my Vestax 275 Mixer came in, which if you own one, you'll know is a pretty large box, is filled to pretty much the brim with flyers. I always used to keep flyers after a night out, and after a while realised that the box i'd been keeping them in was getting pretty full. So I looked through and there are some right gems in there. Also thanks to Janos in Berlin I have an unbelievable amount of VN flyers. My favourites posted below... I also have 9 of those huge billboard Gatecrasher posters, the 5 foot ones, my favourite being the Gatecrasher 8th B'day poster. I have it above my decks and will cherish it forever

i got all mine from flyer packs after a night over the years of clubbing. i admit the quality of flyers are shit these days though and i throw most of them away. however i have a load of quality old crasher flyers, zogg posters and tealeafed gods courregated plastic poster boards (adam will KTS)

^in fact the same type as spin doctor, i have one of each type theyve ever put up
