1)go to market
2)buy 1 Lb or few kilo's of 100% ground beef
3)buy 1 can of mamwich sauce
4)cook 100% beef(when it turns brown) add in can of mamwich

5)during step 4 you can cook white rice
-get measuring glass
-pour 1 cup of rice into pot
-pour 2 cups of water into pot with rice
-make it boil then have it simmer for 15-20 minutes with top of pot on and mix every few min so rice don't stick

In 20-25 min you have great tasting ground beef mixed with BBQ sauce and rice on the side. You can boil greens if you want some healthy ish on the side.

PS..Make sure you don't listen to your favorite trance while cooking. Might forget about the food and might ruin.

Okay... check out my famous chicken friend chicken sandwich. I don't know what makes it so freaking good... but everyone always loves it.

You'll need:

Chicken breasts
garlic
mustard
italian dressing
wosteshire sauce (sp?)
salt
pepper
tony's seasoning
Parmasean bread crumbs, or crumbled ritz crackers
eggs
flour

in a ziplock bag, put the chicken breasts, italian dressing, wosteshire sauce, a squirt or two of mustard, and a couple of cloves of garlic, and some salt and pepper. Tonys too, if you'd like some extra spiciness.

seal and let it marinate in the fridge for a little while. At least 20 minutes.

in one bowl, put some flour.
next bowl, put the eggs
next bowl, bread crumbs

before you start to prepare the chicken... get a skillet of oil hot.

dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumbs.

when the oil is hot... fry those bad boys up. it takes about 4 minutes or so... or until the crust is golden brown.

fix your sammich on a yummy hoagie roll, or an onion roll. Dress it how you like it.

it's yummers.

Braising your meat

A great way to cook certain cuts of meat is to braise it it is so simple and quite healthy.

-slice vegetables (green/red peppers, tomatoes, squash, etc)
-brown meat by frying it in just a couple drops of oil with 1/2 quantities of spices desired.
-when meat is browned, add a tablespoon of water to the same pot (remove the oil first). Lay the vegetables down in the water,
- add the remaining quantity of spices to the surface of the meat and place the meat on top of the vegetables (DO NOT ALLOW THE MEAT TO TOUCH THE BOTTOM OF THE POT).
-cook for 20-40 minutes at a low temperature, (i find just below medium low to work on my stove)
-serve meat, pour leftover broth over meat, throw away vegetables. Great with rice and one other side dish, usually baby carrots for my cheap ass :P

Enjoy!
