Which speakers are the best for playing vinyl(within $10,000 ;D), in a room thats about 20' x 15'?

You have 10k to spend on speakers?

First off, it really would be personal preference. Depends on what type of sound you like.

I would need more info. Playing vinyls like djing? Or putting a record on and just listening for a couple of hours?

DJ speakers v audiophile speakers in where I am coming from.

Personally, i'd pick up two mackie SRM450's and a sub, call it done. that's a fairly small room.

I would ask first if you are going to use them to point toward a crowd and use them as party speakers, or are you going to use them as monitors?

The mackies are good for filling the room with loud music, but you would be much better suited to get some good reference monitors if you want to listen for quality. Alesis M1 active are quite good for this. You can even get some cheaper floor standing speakers to point away from you if you want it louder in the room. Don't skimp on your monitors if you have that much to spend.

TurboSound TQ - 440

The TQ-440SP is a three-way self-powered full range enclosure incorporating integral amplifiers and control electronics. The birch plywood enclosure is supplied with integral rigging points, kelping brackets and a standard 35mm pole mount socket, enabling its use with many different types of flying hardware (refer to the flying and lifting section). It is finished in black semimatt textured paint, and includes a steel mesh / reticulated foam protective grille. Flush side handles are provided for lifting and carrying. Line in and line out connections are provided on 3-pin XLR.
