Looks quality chances are its gonna be a very good game but its got no chance of working on my comp. So the hype stops there for me.

Actually I just read that the Xbox version will have online multiplayer as well, which is good. I think I will still stick to the PC with its keyboard/mouse though.

Looks to me as if ur gfx card could do with an upgrade. Apart from that, everything else seems to be able to eat Doom 3 4 breakie

I would say a Nvidia 6800 GT or Radeion X800 to be able to see all the eye candy that the Doom 3 engine can give u .

I see my 9600 doesnt run the best speeds atm

300 quid for one of those cards u mentioned is fecking expensive :O where do you recommend looking at prices? I just looked at aria.co.uk, I use them the most

Man, whats with you people?!?! Seems everyone thinks dooms gonna need everyone to upgrade to the latest greatest hardware. Give me a break. Sure if you want all graphic levels on highest with all dynamic lighting and all the other crazy graphical shit that JC has got going in it, then yeah, youll need a high-end system. But its not like the rest of us arn't going ot beable to play it. How do you think they'll make money if only a handfull of hardcore gamers can play it?!

I've got a athlon 2100+, soon to have 768mb ram, and a gforce ti4200. Essentially, ive got about the average system of the average gamer. I know i wont get all the eye-candy, but give me a break that i wont beable to play the game, and enjoy the fuck out of it.
