Evil1 Chemical Record mistake....argg

Has anyone had this problem?
I ordered a couple records from ChemicalRecords.com in the UK and one of the records is "World on Fire" Sarah McLachlan Junkie XL mix. I received the record but when I went to play it, it was the original Sarah McLachlan song (not the remix). The label on the record says Junkie XL mix. The actual B side is "Stupid" Sarah McLachlan - Hyper Mix, the correct B side for the Junkie XL A side. It's as if the A side was incorrectly pressed... What the $^%&!!!!

This is my 5th time ordering from Chemical Records and before this I had no problems. I was just wondernig if this is happening to anyone else or do I have a very rare, although Sh!tty record.

I'll post an update of how Chemical Records handles this mistake. Let's see how their reputation hold up.

Nettwerk had problems with the press.........which is why it has been hard to get I believe because the actual mixes were screwed up.

Chemical rocks (shhhhhhhhh don't tell Wood he'd kill me, but even I order on;ine when I have the extra money to do it) I am sure if you e-mailed they will try to fix the problem.

I've made about 30 orders from chemical records before, and there was only one time that I received the wrong record. It was Push - Live Another Life, but it was a dif record in the sleeve. I emailed them and let them know of the mistake, and they told me to mail the record back, and that they'd send me the correct record and refund me for the shipping. I couldn't be bothered to actually do it, but oh well =)

I dont think you can blame chemical for this, as its clearly the labels mistake.

never had any problems at chemical so far.. they are a bit slower than places like dancegrooves or only-djs at getting new stuff but the shipping is CHEAP! :P.. anyhow i have a copy of that Sarah Maclaughlan track that i got from Dancegrooves, both sides are fine for me...

My copy of World on Fire arrived for me this week, and I rejected pick-up of it due to the same problem - the side that allegedly has the Junkie XL mix was instead was a version that was most likely the original album mix.

okay i got the track in on wed, and i listened and i have to agree, either Junkie XL has taken alot of valum lately or this is the original.
Very ambient and chill peeps are buying it anyways.....

Ok.. so I ordered last Thurs off chemical... and I am honestly getting REALLY antsy about getting them.. how long should it take for them to get to here... (Calgary)?? Anyone know?

umm..its friday.
thats a week.
likely they didnt process it until monday.
give it till next week, tho they say 3-6 weeks before you can claim for insurance, then they reship it to you.

I did this, and BOTH packages showed up, the 2nd one two days before the first.
