am i a wacko?

everytime i get a new set or single and i fall in love with it i always seem to set limits as to how much times i listen to it daily. lol.

i listen to it once or twice in a day max so that i dont get too bored and sick of it, so that i can savour it for a longer time period

am i weird? i just do it for some strange reason.

It's called "killing" a track. One guy in my class liked ATRC so much that he put it on repeat for the entire day. Needless to say, on the second day he had vomiting spasms whenever he heard it.
So to sum it up, stick to your strategy and enjoy those tracks longer.

I do that to tracks that mean a lot to me, like Chicane- Don't Give Up. I want it to last for years to come, so i listen to it once a week maximum.

though on the other hand, when spinning, i start thinking those tracks are overplayed because of how much i listen to em.
