sleep
i went to bed last nigth at around 12. knowing that i had to get up again at 7.
everytime i know i have to get up early (or earlier than i usually do), i always end up waking up several times thoughout the night.
last night, i woke up, checked the time on my phone (but it obviously didn't register), figured that the time was 8:15, i jumped out of bed, put on a pair of jeans & ran to see if the rest of the house were still in their beds.
anyways, i ran up the stairs (in complete darkness), woke up the rest of the house to get them ready.
then someone told me to go back to bed as it was 3:15am
i woke up atbout 4 more times during the night.
fubar!
starting to sicken the hole off me!

i went to sleep at 2am only to wake up at 7:20am
i kept waking up as well.
shitty dream about the girl i like fucking another guy.
LOL
i hate it when i have dreams like that
sleeping drugs might help...
A couple of weeks ago I was late for work for the very first time in 3 years.
I set up 2 alarm clocks, one at 5:45, the other at 5:50. Anyway, when I heard the first one, I just got up and SHUT OFF BOTH OF THEM. (why I did that I have no idea). then I went back to bed...
The next thing I remember was me literally jumping out of the bed at 7:40 like some one cut my dick off and, having to call my boss and explain to him what happened. HE didn't mind of course...
And this other time when I was sleeping, I took my alarm clock and threw it out the window (I think I might have been sleepwalking).
I scare myself sometimes

not when you keep waking up every hour on the hour lol
just take some nyquil before u go to sleep.. you'll pass right out and wont wake up till hours later
Once I woke up and went to take a shower but I was really sleepwalking.
In my dream I remember thinking I was awake and turning the hot water knob...
as soon as that water hit me I woke up instantly and just started screaming.
That was a crazy experience, waking up in the shower with your clothes on
I take xanax every night to go to sleep- and even then i only get like 4-5 hours sleep.
I work 430am-2pm too.

I can never sleep properly if I know I have to get up early the next morning.

My sleeping pattern at the moment is absolutley awful. I will be going to bed about 3am every night and have to get up for 6am to be at work for 6.30am. And then on Friday when I go out, I will come home, go to bed and sleep for about 15 hours or sometimes even more. It's like I get 3 hours of sleep a night and then catch up at the end of the week. Can't be healthy at all but I just can't get out of this routine. ![]()
And speaking of alarm clocks, and the throwings of them; I once had one of those football alarm clocks that you throw against the wall to turn them off. One night my alarm clock was set on snooze so obviously after throwing it to turn it off it'd go off again in 10 mins time. But after throwing it, I awakened about an hour later to find no clock next to my bed. I was thinking wtf, and was quite pissed off having missed my first lesson of the day. Turns out in my ever so sleepy state i'd carelessly thrown the ****** straight out the window that i'd left wide open the night before, and being up on the 3rd floor there wasn't much left of my clock anymore
I never wake up in the middle of the night, and if I don't set an alarm I will sleep for about 18-20 hours before waking.

I can wake up on time, but most worry about driving to work and actually going to work still inebriated. Have had a few fun drives into work and try to act half sober when I get there. Weekends no prob, except I normally waked up at the normal time and am stressed that I have to work and go to kitchen to make coffee for no reason.

From last friday I wake up every day at 5 a.m. for going to work at 6 a.m. I go to sleep before 11 p.m. but 6 hours of sleep is not enough. Well I'm really tired and tomorrow the same...
