Located on Beverly St. just south of College

*Newly Renovated, nice and quiet neighborhood.

Apartment includes: Air conditioning, 4 skylights, a large kitchen, bathroom, large living room, private deck/balcony in the back, dishwasher, washer and dryer, playstation2, digital cable and highspeed internet access, also a very close walk to Boa and SystemSoundBar.

We are looking for a clean, easy going, fun, and friendly roommate, male or female.

The rent is $648 per month including utilities.

Available for August or September.

Id be all over this Brynne, its just the transfer for me is starting to look more and more like a September event unfortunately.

thanks a lot! yeah the place is actually pretty nice,, its good for students,, but i think its a little pricey fro a lot of ocad students.... but i mean i was living just down the road paying 500 and the room was like a cage it was so small , the place is just a total shit hole.. and this apartment has everything! even skylights... so i am pretty happy and excited,,, and i hope to find soemone very cool and easy to live with. thanks for looking out!

awsome! well, next week i will give3 you another email and me and kevin ( the other roomate) will show you the place. he has the keys so... yeah i have to get them from him.
