Posted by thoughtlessjex on Jun-29-2004 15:20:

You really need to fix your links in general. I think the first thing would be to not link us to ftps...

That's because it's hosted on your ftp. We can't access your ftp. Put it on the www, and we may have a better chance of getting it.

plus
Lovely beginning
beautiful clap
LOVE the Hi-hat pattern (goosebumping)
bass sounds mint
excellent effort

minus
the melody isnt excactly as good as in the original

conclusion
very nice effort indeed on this track, I dont think it has the same good vibe as the original, and the synth sounds, (a little too clean maybe)
but the hi hat pattern coming at 0:42 just blew me away

8,5/10

excellent

Satan (eek!)

8,5/10

What the ovation

Thanks ...

The sounds are generally a bit amateur. I had actually not heard this song in so long that I forgot what it sounded like. I like some of the angles you took with this track, such as the breaks. I think the breaks could be a little less cheesy though. Could really use some drive, I mean, the elements are cool, but it doesn't seem to have much power.

very good stuff indeed.

everything sounds well clear, except for the rolling bassline.. synths could be a bit more massive as well.

but overall you did a great job. you didn't butcher it

what gear did u use for this?

Very good remix! Love the synth and percussion (hats) parts!
Maybe its my headphones what I have in office but this song need more bassline and maybe more kickdrum... I check this beauty remix again in homestudio then more comments ... anyway ... good production .. must search your 1st remix

Love this remix!

Some more mastering with hats and the bassline and it will be great.
Synths sounds really good.

Hey nice remix you have here. Simple sounds, simple fx, but still effective. Mastering is good enough to call this good to listen to! Only thing I'd suggest is a bit more variety with fx sounds layered through the mix.

Keep up, cheers

I use Cubase SX 2.2 with VSTI like MI Battery, Vanguard, Athmosphere, Albino, Korg Legacy and many more
