It's not Kirsty Hawkshaw but I'm not sure. The same vocals have been sampled in other tracks (Signum - Cura Me for examples) so find out who did that sample and you will find your answer.

no, I looked, I'm pretty sure it's not on there

but in a PREVIOUS THREAD it stated that the band is called Capercaille and the lead singer is Karen Matheson

Not vocals, no, but speech snippets etc. are.
