Is GUV closing by the end of this summer?????

I have heard from a few ppl that the GUV will be closing by the end of this Summer, and is turning into a Condo or some Appartment building site.... Is this true or some BS ????????

Follow up..... alrite heard it from an insider that this is total bull shit... See you guys at global gathering tonight..
