Massive techno.

Ok, thought we could share our most beloved banging techno (and i mean VERY hard, that kind you listen to, to get your anger emotions out)

some:
thomas krome - bitches from hell
chris liebing - fires of hell
chris liebing - intruder
chris liebing - disorder and chaos
thomas krome - demolition disco
Seb B - Mass Noise
strobe- human animal
stateform - rio (marcel woods remix) (not exactly techno)
monika kruse - wavez

Anyone else into this kinda stuff ?

I find it hard to get any anger out listening to techno.

Hardcore Metal is the way to go for that.

Nothing like a little Sam Black Church of Life of Agony...even Obituary which is more death metal. They're actually reuniting for a new album...can't wait.

Posted by keddo on Jul-01-2004 02:27:

well have you heard any of the above ?

Posted by basd on Jul-01-2004 07:34:

Chris Liebing and especially Monika Kruse are not really playing the hardest techno around.. You should try more of that crappy-ass hard techno crap by Rush or Marco Remus, maybe that'll relieve you of your anger

this song isn't super-hard or anything, but it certainly is one of the most massive (and one of my favorites) techno tracks I've heard:
Redhead - Darkness (Tom Hades Remix)

heard it first in that Kay D Smith Dial T for Techno set...blew me away.

Another massive stormer is Gecko - Points of Interest, from his Forget the World EP

when i saw chris liebing in february, he certainly was playing the hardest techno around! it was harder than a hard thing with added steel plated hardness, it made my ears bleed and i fucking loved it!!

all my really banging techno is on vinyl, cant remember the names off hand and i'm at work

a definite no techno situation.

The times I have heard Liebing, either live or via recorded livesets.. He wasn't even coming close to the noise a Rush, Wittekind or Remus usually produces.. That's not even funny anymore..

But well, it's not my cup of tea, I'll settle for the likes of Adam Jay an Joris Voorn and stuff.

DJ Sammy is the most massive techno

even though liebing can be fun sometimes (but that's only because he doesnt play that hard as ppl claim) compared to those you mentioned+nautus, kremer, etc he plays pink kittycat-techno.. hehe

but

im more into a bit deeper, melodic stuff

mark williams - turkish delight.

Christian Wnsch - 'Lost Again' (Mateo Murphy Remix).

Absolutely, as you might say, massive.

Posted by TheNeonAlien on Jul-03-2004 22:07:

these two tracks make me wanna punch people in the face HARD!

Huntemann - Disco Tech (the original and M. Kruse mix are top quality)

and

Al Ferox & DJ Tonio - Bionik

tell me what you think!

Posted by jizza on Jul-04-2004 04:32:

im only just starting to get wet on techno, my current collection house the following apt tunes:

john starlight - blood angels
ben aka milanel - unravel
thomas krome - woodcarvers nightmare ep

hard/bangin' or funky techno, not too keen on that loop-based stuff.

Posted by j@y on Jul-04-2004 05:54:

I enjoy techno more than trance since over a year

i dont know....it just blew me away so much more than trance like tunes...

I live in montreal, here a big part of the afterhour scene is involved into techno.
The most known club is named Aria.
the booking is excellent, dj's for all tastes and all the big names you want!!!
There is a young resident named preach who's already well known in the techno scene, featured on marco v & carl cox top 10

some of his best tracks

Dj Preach - Berlin
Dj Preach - South Expedition
Dj Preach - Insomniak
Dj Preach - No war in the Summer
Dj Preach - Phonec

many more realses to come on Primate recordings, intec records and misstress barbara's label
watch out for
Dj Preach - Return to the source !*&!&%&!$?%!4

and for the one who said chris liebing isnt that hard

you should have heard the 5 hours set he served us

not to be an asshole but this website is called 'TRANCEaddict.com' not 'TECHNOaddict.com' so you should really think about what you say seeing that this isnt even a techno board ... just food for thought
