one of my friends told me he doesnt like music because its all the same. Now i have heard that from people talking about electronic music(which we all know isnt true), but he says that about all types of music... what do you say to that?

he is only one of my friends. everyone else loves music, which DEFFINATELY includes myself.

i told him he was quite the choch bag for thinkin that all music sounds the same but there just isnt any convincing this kid. gimme some good things i should tell him to convince him why music, especially electronica, is so freakin awesome.

ive got friends who say they dont like music, but they do enjoy some classical music and game music (g33x)

i didnt used to like music, i just never liked any music, then when i hit 11-12, i had a strange liking for electric guitar sounds, 303s etc

commercial crap basically, but when the internet came along...well thats another story for another day.

I know I wouldn't ditch a friend just because they're not interested in music, I love music as much as the next music lover, but it can't be to everyone's taste, everyone's different. If I were you, I'd be happy enough if he appreciated your love for music and understood that.

Although it does seem weird that he likes no music and thinks it all sounds the same...
