Ok Now this is a party that all of us just got to go to. Spooky is one of the longest party series in vancouver and in my own opinion this may be the last as the scene is dying down a bit. This is definetly going to be one of the highlight partys of the year.
Its going to be held at the PNE Coliseum this year instead of the plaza of nations. Its going to be three rooms consisting of a mainly local line-up....BUT the headliner is confirmed to be:

Honslty All you Vancouver TA'S BETTER BE THERE.
I think tickets are starting at 35 bux but those are very limited so get them soon, I think they are on sale all ready.
I will go now that the will be no sweet gets wicked, I was really looking forward the this party. AMP always books great talent,oh well
AMP also has a natorious reputaion for missing headliners and shit going down at there partys. Twisted is much more reliable. Dont quote me on this but I head that AMP is doing an evern this holloween.

I'll think about it. My friend and I are doing a Halloween party at the Fiji frat house but that will most likely be the night before. We're doing two rooms, he's doing top 40/hip hop in the main one and I'll be doing a 3-5 hr trance set in the other. There will be ~800 people there, you guys may want to check it out as it will only be 10 bucks and no ID either I think (if it's a 19+ event I could get some youngings in anyways).
Hey that might be pretty cool for the night before. So its 19+? there going to be booze? Im getting piss drunk at spooky but the night before might be fun as well.
It's a huge drinking event. Fiji have two really big parties each year, one for halloween and one at the beginning of spring. We did their "Islander" party (spring) last year and it was excellent, lots of people, lots of drinking, everyone having a good time. When tickets go on sale I'll let you guys know, it'd be good to get them in advance if you plan on going as they will definitely sell out.

Yeah I go to UBC, you should definitely come out. Underage shouldn't be a problem if you get there when we're setting up, they won't be carding anyone, and if they do I'll just say you're with me or something.
I'd love to spin at a bzzr garden. Actually I'd love to spin anywhere with an audience :P I should really look into doing that, it hadn't really occured to me.
Anyways, there will be a lot of drunkenness, and overall a good time will be had :P Even top 40 isn't bad when you're trashed and surrounded by lots of good looking trashed women :P

whenever there is some event happening they never have good tunes happening
I guess I should of went to university, I am really missing out.
Well so far it's lining up to be the best frat party ever (in my opinion at least :P). The two room setup will be nice. Obviously the majority of the people will be into the Top40/Hiphop on the big dance floor, but the area I'll be setup in for the trance is great as well. For one it's where they'll be serving all the drinks (if they have the same setup as last year at least), so it will always be nice and full.
Anyways, as the details are more concrete I will let you all know them.

There's no trance at any parties in this city, which is one of the motivating factors behind me making a serious drive to DJ it.
It's too fucking good to not be played and praised

the price goes up with the number of tix they sell, i think the first 500 went at $35
