Virus Powercore , whats that?

Hey
latley iv saw many news and threads about
"Virus Powercore" i didnt get what the heck is that
if its a VST or...?
anyone can xplain me please?

The Virus Powercore is in VSTi format which means you can load it into any VST compatible host (FLS, Cubase, Logic, etc), but you'll need a TC Electronic Powercore to be able to use the Virus Poco.

amazing sounds, just like the real virus.

but it suffers very badly from latency problems.

why? i dont have a clue, iv heard alot of people complain about the same problem.

but its still early, lets hope access release an update soon.

emm not quite sure what you mean there m8.

the virus plugin will only load if you have the firewire hardware.

im using the firewire powercore.

spelling mistake in my reply, was meant to say with the POWERCORE hardware. and not firewire.

although on that not, the firewire is the most powerful out of them all.

ahhh right
no, the emu card will only run the fx that is built in with it.

iv got the emu1820m which comes with the fx, which may i note are actually quite good. and dont use any of your cpu.

the powercore is well worth the money m8
iv just been really put of because of the way the virus plugin is just now.
