C'mon now I know you right-wing Conservatives have nothing to say about him, the Bush campaign are reduced to calling him a second choice candidate. Talk about reaching for something to critique. The J&J boys will kick Shrub and Dick out of the White House, thank God. I want to get back to hearing positive news about America when I put on the news again, not the stressful negatives everyday under this thing called a government. First the Supreme Court ruling, now this Democratic tandem, America will return to its rightful place

Perfect choice, and the one I've been advocating since Kerry first got the nomination. They each bring their own unique strengths to the ticket while obviously being ideologically similar enough for the partnership to work.

This could be the decision that gives the Democrats the edge come November.

Bush better drop cheney and get a new vp.....Cheney's legal issues are about to reach a boiling point.

Afraid he made the wrong choice...many folks, and higher ups felt that Gephart was not only the only Presidential candidate that could defeat Bush, but since he didn't get the nominee, they felt he would suit best as running mate. Now they are 0 for 2. It will be interesting to see if this "prophecy" comes true....they point to the experience of politics between the two (gep v. edw) Though it looks like it will play pretty well, the fact that their is some doubt, may raise a few eyebrows. (Course it probably happens every 4 years.)

In lighter news...the New York Post Screwed up AGAIN! and ran the wrong running mate story...LOL
