Virus KC Synth Keyboard Issue

I noticed when I got it brand new, there were lines of pixels missing on the display screen....is that supposed to happen or does yours show all the pixels?

answered in other thread, but again, it sounds like you got a dodgy LCD screen. You can try reinstalling the OS but I doubt that will help. I would email Access about it. They are very good at returning emails.

How do you install the OS...i didnt even install anything to begin with, just turned it on and began using it

It should have come with it, but you can get the latest version from the access website. The OS is upgradable, so if your version doesn't have the analog filters, then you should upgrade it. Read the manual on how to do it. Its easy to do, just load into midi sequencer and hit play from memory.
