So I heard both PVD and Oakenfold drop this track that has this "train horn" sound in it (like really loud!), followed by this sweet sounding track. Anyone know what it is.. help please

This might be "Way out West - Mindcircus (Gabriel & Dresden Mix)
Heard this tune in a PVD liveset with this "train horn", although this sound did not belong the the tune.
