Non EDM - Red Hot Chilli Peppers vs Oasis

Me & coup have been having a 'discussion' as always, and we're arguing over the best of the following 2 bands - RHCP and Oasis.

He suggested taking it to a poll, so we'll see what you all have to say then!

vote for the best band, not based on his or my opinions

the chilli's have some great stuff out there, but oasis are just amazing, dispite their "out of studio" attitute.

i never really got into Oasis...i only know that one song "Wonderwall", which is a great song...but i'm with RHCP all the way. my very first cd i bought was their album with "Under the Bridge" on it, when i was in 7th grade. they are my one of my favorite bands along with U2 and System of a Down

i also think it's weird to compare the two, as they are really different in my opinon. that's like asking who your favorite is out of Daft Punk and Airwaves...

The Chilli's have produced some great songs like under the bridge but ive never really got into them.

Oasis have produced two of the greatest albums of all time in Definately Maybe and Morning Glory and have been an integral part it creating one of the biggest musical scenes of the 90's.
