Pro-53 Soundset by Vengeance
Some of you may remember my free NI-Pro53 bank, well vengeance has realeased their own, kinda pricey, 49E. I dont understand the reasoning behind selling a soundset for such an old soft synth.

Demo mp3: http://www.soundwizard.de/Sounds/ww...%20Soundset.mp3
Really isnt too good, its basically like all the other ones, and it cost more than the vstation one. I havent purchased it but just have judge from the demo mp3. Some of the sounds are nice but just wanted to post and let you people know.
Enjoy, opinions?
love the pro-53, but this set is nothing really special.. maybe i just understand the synth more now but most of thoes are quite easy to make...
Atleast nothing special in the demo clip... Not going to spend my money on that.
They're charging how much for that crap?
Yeah, I had a listen to this last night and wasn't too impressed. To be honest Rob, you're soundbank was far better! (and it came with the Fruity Files/Effects settings!)
Loved the sound that comes in at 1:37. Can anyone tell me how to get that sound?
i dont think his point is only to make sounds that are different from the others he's done.. but is also to reach all of the markets that he can by making a bank for all of the popular synths..
lots of people only own pro-53, for example, and are very glad this bank came out since they don't have the other synths..

DJ-Rob: where can I find your NI-Pro53 bank? Do you perhaps also have an mp3 demo of it? Thanks!
Also, can anybody tell me what this unisono mode is all about in the Pro-53, like does that mean that you are then only able to play one note at a time or can you still play chords with multiple notes?
unison means all the voices play at once, but only one note
I am not really familiar with the Pro-53, but isn't it so that it's unison mode let's you choose the amount of voices (7 for instance, which is the number of saws in the JP8000 supersaw I believe) so that you should still be able to play more then one note at once, or are you always limited to one note as soon as you turn on unison mode on the Pro-53, no matter how many voices you choose in unison mode?! How does that work?!
