need dj's for new radio!

I am hoping to create a Scratcher Music Radio station which will feature up & coming dj's/live dj sets/ etc.

I will host a section that will feature new dj's each time. The programming will go beyond just playing thier mix set. Well get a live Q/A going up at the time of the set as well as info and bio from the dj. I also plan to have weekly dj compitions. Then a huge yearly compition.The radio program will also feature different channels that play select songs that the resident dj *favors at the time.

*Resident DJ will be myself and 12 other people. I will be the resident dj for the trance section of the site with 3 others.
I am looking for 3 trance music parnter to add as a resident dj. I need 4 resident djs for the house section, 4 people for progressive section. To be a resident dj you must have 1)extensivce knowledge of the genre 2)be a dj (bedroom or pro) 3) have an extensive collection of music to host your residency daily 4) be able to play/review current music from your residency
Resident DJ's will be able to play 1) thier own mix sets live ( reason why I need dj's) 2) play new/interesting song they favor in their genre ( reason why need to keep up with the music)3) play other dj's sets 4) host the daily dj comps. 5) youll also have freedom to create your own dj show
Because resident dj will host their own mix sets please make sure that your mixing skills are very good. As more dj's enter the residencies will become a competive spot to hold. So take the spot seriosuly or you couild lose it to someone else.
I hope to also get a live chat room with each station so each resident dj can talk with viewers as they play the music. Each resident dj will be assgined a timed or schedule. Will have to work out the detail latter.

Right now I need people who are interested and could also help in the development of this to sign up.
