Kaveh Azizi - Feeling Alive [Hi-Fi]

Hey everyone! =)

I made this tune during Euro 2004.. so it's kind of inspired by the summer and football (hence the samba touch ). It's not very serious either, just an uplifting track I made for fun. But I thought I could share it with others instead of letting it stay on my harddrive ;X Some of you may have heard it already by downloading it before.

awesome track.. i love the percussion and the piano..

nice dog bark at 5:29

- Sounds awesome so far. I love the percs.
- Love that whistle.
- Love the piano.
- The B.U. at 3:00 is beautiful. Beautiful melody.
- The kick is a bit hard, causing a bit of clipping and overpowers the other sounds.
- Love the synthy at 4:30.

at 5:10 what sample cd is this from the hits..i used to have it i think..assame one cave used ons treet carnivalle....can u help me with the title

And about the barking - haha I told you it wasn't a very serious production

Sirocco: Hm, I made that hit by combining lots of different sounds.. not drum sounds really either =) At last I got something that sounded OK =] And no loops are used for the percussions etc..

wow, you made this for fun? it sounds great! i'd love to hear what you are capable of if you were seriously going to make a tune.

this track is amazing.. a piano usually doesn't fit in a trance track, but everything blends so well here. melody itself is great as well.

hey dude, this is indeed a great tune.

im not a big fan of the percussions but anyway, this tune offers an awesome atmosphere and that what its all about.

Yeah as I've already told you on trance.nu (me Mr. Yeti there :P) this is an awesome tune!

Just wonderfull...I never understood why they took "Nelly Furtado - Forza" to be the offcial Euro 2004 track...this song would fit much better!

beautiful track. i love that neat changeup in the middle, adds so much to the track without taking away. its something unique that makes this one stand out. nice driving bassline and energy.

i love that whistle, very appropriate to the euro 2k4 theme

breakdown: loving the contrast, from lots of energy to a very simple, chilled pads with a lil sfx... piano is a nice touch too. imo, i think it would have sounded cool to bring the percussion in through an automated lo-pass filter.

and EtherealSL: nice idea about the lo-pass filter! I'll surely try that if I'll remake the tune.

and it looks like I'm going to remake it.. or at least change some things. cause as mentioned this is not a very serious production, so maybe I'll make it a bit more serious (ie. removing the barks etc ). especially after I see that so many people enjoy it

Now it's decided that I will remake some parts of the tune to make it better (hopefully). It's getting some interesting and promising remix(es) too, so keep your eyes (and ears) open

Not too sure about the piano. In the mainpart there could be a string layer or so, just to make it a tad fuller.

Yes, as it looks now it'll be signed/released. I'm gonna remake it and put attention to all the ideas you've given me here ;] much appreciated =)
also tell me if there's anything special that annoys you etc (except the obvious things such as the barking ).
