Need Help to ID this song

I dont know whats its called but they used it as part of an Ibiza promo on BBC Radio 1.
It has the lyrics repeated alot which all i heard was Follow Me, Follow Me...
I'm not sure, what its by, but the vocalist sounds like Phil Collins (???).
Sorry I dont have anymore info...
