Tech samples/percs
Does anyone know any decent sites where I can find some samples for a new tech trance type tune I am wanting to start?

i wouldnt mind some either, ive found somewhat little crossover percussion samples
use the percs u got u just gotta filter and filter and filter...dont filter 100% mix tho
What kind of sound sample was that. I still unable to figure the sound of the percussion on Tech song. Maybe some of u can help out?

feed on sub rythms. delay time shift , pitch up pitch down on ever 2nd hundreth or a beat ,, this will give you the basic " claticly clat " on percussion , by scattering the sound to fill spaces that are to small to be filled manulay by input on a sequencer,

Well, most max walder tunes don't use anything too crazy as far as perc samples go. Most of em are rather basic perc samples, just filtered to various freqs and layered, layered and layered again. You want to create a sort of "busy" sound, and that's achieved with samples that are differently filtered, panned, sequenced, and then layered atop of one another.

also try distorted lofi hihats, claps and snares, they work good too
