Self Destructing E-mail ..

Just a question to all members of TA. Does anyone know of any program that will let you send an email to someone which will delete or self destruct after it has been read or a few minutes after it has been opened and leaving no trace?

You could probably send it with a virus that was programmed only to attack exactly that file, but what's the point?
