the only reason they make them more clear in the movie is because there's so much dialog from them. i mean it would be shit if they spoke full hardcore pikey language and subbed it all.

The funny thing about Pikeys is that you probably only get them in England. I mean, go to Ireland, which is where you are supposedly from, and ask what a Pikey is... the Irish wouldn't have a fucking clue.

Same goes for the Scots who are fucking mad anyway.

Dunno about the Welsh. They have "Welshies" instead of Pikeys which are similar I suppose.

I just find the whole Pikey culture thing intriguing. They have a bit of gypsy/travellers blood in them yet they could fit into a run down council estate and you wouldn't know the difference.

Hooray for Pikeys! What would we laugh at if they didn't exist? They are the lowest on the social status ladder yet at the same time everyone loves 'em...
