well guys me and danny just got home this very second. ill type up a review in the morning or afternoon.

yep, me and julian just got home, and it was AWESOME!!! i had a great time, i'd say as good as deep dish was

OMG...J00F and Astral Projection owned!!!!! IMO a far more intense psytrance experience than Infected Mushroom's live PA @ Cubik in May! More details later...

i was looking so forward to this night and it was only aiiiight. i think the best part was seeing all my boys and everyone...but the music wasn't that impressive. fleming had some good moments but astral projection was just kinda weird...i am definitely disappointed--- since aaron was in town, i wanted to show him a good time. 
oh well, it wasn't like horrible or anything but not at ALL what i expected.
great seeing the regulars, and yes thanks brian for making it down.
and aaron, i love you baby, you're such a good sport!!!

Well lets just say I wasn't going to make it if it wasn't for Josy....so thanks a ton babe!!! But im totally glad I dragged my own ass out and came down for this. Fleming ripped it up last night proper....im talking SICK SICK SICK tracks and as always.....I couldn't ID shit but Vodoo People!!!! WOW what a sick fucking track to hear live.....everybody went INSANE!!! All the people with painted faces were kinda freaking me out but it deff added character to the place. But like Beema said.....after J00f, I was also DONE!!! Astral Projection was alright but didn't compair to J00f.
Was great partying with all the DC TA's once again....god this place is growing on me.

Erin and Aaron (was awesome partying with you two and sorry you guys didn't have a great time .......Erin, I really only made it happen for you guys......just so you know

Damn, sounded like a great night, Once again unfortuantely I couldn't make it out. Had some family stuff to deal with. Glad everyone had a good time tho. Hopefully I will be able to meet some of you other DCTA next time around.
me, danny and Ed got to the club at aound 10.30, it was still early and there was no line so we went to wendy's for a bit cuz they wanted to grab some food. i think we ended up getting inside around 11.30 and the main room was already open. the decoration was great and i think the black light responsive paint was such a cool idea...of corse i had to go over there right away and the one guy made a design on my back, and then i had to paint my arms too! i talked as many of my friends as possible into letting me paint them, it was definetly alot of fun! i think konvocation did a great job with this party, and hope theres more to come. i basically danced straight through the whole night. the music was great all night long. cyzum i was going to say hi when you were done spinning but then i couldnt find you after that...great job on the decks tho, i really enjoyed your set and was dancing the whole time. then J00f went on at like 12.30 i think, and for some reason i missed the whole transition from h00f to astral so i dont remember what time they started, all i know is i was dancing and then i realize that astral was up there performing. the vibe and energy was great all nite long everyone was dancing and having fun. astral and j00f both tore it up! this psy- party def lived up to my expectations, and def. was the best psy party ive been to since spacecat up in NYC! after it was over we got right on the road to come back and special thanks to danny for being hardcore and driving us all the way back so i was able to nap the whole way home and rest up for philly tonite

i had fun last night. 4 of my friends came along. left my house around 10 picked up my friends from all over town, got to nation @ 1 in the morning.
and some guy that check your shit before you go in, was giving us a hard time. cuz one of my friends had a budweiser wrist band from 2 weeks ago (my sister's) and he's only 20. so he was like ,"you gota go , you gota go" and i already got my tix n everything, i was soo pissed. but thank God me and willy got refunded. they kicked us out. so we kinda chilled outside for a bit and started talking to the bouncer. we told him we came all the way from bmore just to see joof and fuckin they were giving us a hard time. so he was like "man, fuck this bullshit" he led us to the entrance and all of us got in for free. hahahah, the guy that checked my friend was like wtf, haha, i brushed my shoulders off. yeaahhh biattchhh. hahaha. they couldnt do shit.
butanyway i was realy ahppy once we got in, saw a whole bunch of TA's, that was the highlight for me! i dint really likethe music that much... its nice meeting brian! (a promise is a promise brian , u got the $) julian!!! nice to see you again bro. danny!, beema, joel, erin , aaron! (i got my "got trance" shirt off ebay) <- third person to ask me whre i got my shirt from hhehe. mebot! nice meeton you man. and cobra commander! and to everybody, sick night! lol but we had to leave at 3 in the fuckin morning, just when astral was startgin, aint that a bitch err...

After a long absence from DC, John '00' Fleming returned to Nation and played one of the most amazing and original trance sets I've heard this year! The whole night in the main room was incredible! I must say I was once again impressed with Cyzum...great opening set! As soon as J00F was on, I didn't leave the main room until the very end! It was almost two hours of nonstop madness! IMO...J00F owned! It was even better than his killer set at Nation last August! My jaw dropped when I heard J00F drop Prodigy - Voodoo People! What a great surprise! I love DJs such as J00F, who spin sets that take you to another world! The sound was intense...it kicked my ass! Anyone who still thinks trance is cheesy must listen to J00F...they will be proven wrong! If there's one DJ who should be back in DC soon...it's J00F!
After J00F's set, I didn't have much energy left to dance for Astral Projection. I'm glad I finally got to see Astral Projection! I only missed the first couple of tracks. I'd only heard a few songs from AP on mix CDs...I wasn't disappointed by their sound and performance! I'm definitely interesting in tracking down and getting some AP CDs.
Seeing John '00' Fleming and Astral Projection in the same night was a mindblowing experience! IMO...it was better than the first Konvokation party in May!
Last but not least...shoutouts to all the TAs and Glow fiends that made for an amazing night: Addictedto1982, King Solara, Carolina, Robin, Steve, Bo, Josy, Brian (glad you could make it after all!), Skytrancegirl, beema, Mebot (glad you enjoyed the Stoli Ohranj!), PvDKid, WithinYOU, IntoMe, Erin and Aaron, biodigit and his cousins...great seeing you all! Sorry if I forgot anyone!
