i bought ingo - scare tactics the other day and it got this annoying white mark on it thats hard to get out what is the best way to clean vinyl?

Lighter fluid is one way. Oh, and try a SEARCH, this has been a topic quite a few times.

There are a lot of great cleaning products out there; my favorite of which is Gruv Glide. Not only have I found it useful to remove static and dust, it has helped my remove a few nasty stains.
