Don't you know you drive me crazy??

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone may remember on old, possibly early 90's dance tune that had female vocals with the words

"don't you know you drive me crazy!" or something similar.

For some reason I get this song in my head as I think it was one of my favorite songs while at school.

I believe it may of even had something to do with speed racer or had lyrics like : "go speed racer go!"

I don't know
