So I have been making my orders on Chemical now for the past 3-4 weeks... and they say for international orders allow 3-10 days... well its been well over 20 days for my first order and about 13 for my 2nd order... The waiting totally sucks compared to being able to go down to the local shop and have them in my hands immeditately...

Who else orders from Chemical (on this side of the Atlantic) and actually get them within 10 days??

Where are you located??? I get my orders in 4 days every time

I'm from Montreal Quebec and the first time it took 8 days the second time 4 days and last time 3 days or 4 days most of the time now.

Maybe it because your in the middle of Canada and there is no big airport, stuff must land in toronto and go on land from there so thats why it must take that long.

Ummm Calgary International Airport is prolly the 3rd or 4th largest airport in canada... next to Toronto and Vancouver... so I don't think that is what would be the problem...

I never went to calgary. All I know is that there is cowboy there with the stanped and stuff live that.

Don't take this bad there I was just trying to find a reason cause usually CHemical record are very good for shipping.

Every once in a while, it'll take about 3-4 weeks. But it's there. If not there in 28 days, contact them and they'll help you out. It only happened one time to me though.

its been 13 days for me, and I also live in calgary, like 20 minutes from Lazys house, I know I will get them eventually, CR doesn't disappoint, but need them now, I need to get my fix of wax, I hope there here on monday.

also, i usually get the records in about a week and a half if i order midweek. if i order on a friday or weekend it'll take like two weeks. sometimes if i order like 10-13 records it takes a bit longer. i guess customs thinks there's a bomb in it or something since it's so heavy. customs or the shipper likes to fuck up the box too, so all the edges or bent sometimes.

I have already emailed... twice.. once before the 28 day mark, and once again lastnight. No responce yet from the email from yesterday...

And thats bullshit that you records aren't in perfect shape when you recieve them, just cuz customs wants to be gay... its prolly a bit worse for you seeing as it the US customs with the 911 scare and stuff... My stuff better show up...

Another 28 days have passed... And my 2nd of 3 orders that I have made with Chemical have not arrived.. I know its not Chemicals fault, but this is ridiculous. Most of you recieve your orders in a fairly short period of time (less that 28 days)..

The thing that is starting to bother me is that the emails I get from chemical, don't give me a feeling that someone is truly taking care of the problem... always getting the responces from either [email protected] or [email protected]....

They have re-shipped a replacement package for my first order that never arrived, (minus 3 tracks that are now out of stock ) but I am worried that these won't get here either, if none of my orders have arrived... Unless of course they courier it to my house, which I highly doubt

Its sooooo frustrating, yet I can't do anything about it, and they can't even track the damn package cuz they use the regular postal service...

Just had to vent again.

Its now been 26 days for me, I decided to give them to the end of the week, but now I'm gonna have to email them, I'm really pissed about this, I got loads of tracks I wanna order, but if I'm never gonna receive them, then whats the point, I really do think its the retards at Canada Post that are fuckin this up, I want my dam records.
