Smith & Pledger - Believe EP [ANJ-033]

Smith & Pledgers second solo release on the established London based label.

The Believe EP features a track written almost 2 years ago. On The A Side we have the original, and on the flip a 2004 Remix by the lads.

Whilst a very simple tune in terms of producion it seems to work extremely well.

Personally the 2004 remix does it for me, the original mix feels empty at times, however the 2004 mix is the badboy which im loving at the mo.

Limited promos avaialable now to purchase at http://www.chemical-records.com

Scheduled for a release on September 6th along with a exclusive track "In Too Deep" which is going to be available on AnjunaDigital only!

loving both the mixes, not sur which i prefer, proabbly the 2004 as well.

haven't heard in too deep yet, but will definately buy if it's even half as good as the rest of their releases from the past 12 months!

2004 Mix - Above average tune. The melody is so repetitive and not beautiful but the enhanced bassline makes the tune better, 5/10.

he said "piece of crap", thats just an ignorant view to be honest. Of coruse it's not crap... Do you really think the anjuna team (which consists at least 4 talented A&R personel, of which 3 are world class producers, their entire catalogue of top notch releases that all chart highly, and the amount of success they've had with signing/releasing everyone of those tracks) are going to sign a track which is a piece of crap??? no. the tune is written well, prodcued well and sounds good. It's an older tune, hence the 2004 rework, but still calling a piece of crap and giving it 0/10 is just an idiotic pathetic view and clearly shows the ignorance of this pe0n. im not saying you HAVE to like it, but at least acknowledge and appreciate the track. reviewing it as "piece of crap" does the exact opposite to that. pathetic.

now lets try and stick to the topic.
