no. Alot does, but certainly not all. This is because they arent the same... EG: you cant turn the spindle with your fingers to manually speed up the track by a small amount, because a cdj doesnt have a spindle. (not that it needs one, and not that i find this method useful in the least.)
Edit: is there another word for what im reffering to as a spindle? i feel like im using the wrong word...

No yer right...you have a little more control over the record with vinyl...the pitch is analog too so you can be more precise with it. Both have their advantages/disadvantages. But most basic mixing tips apply to both the same.
