what's your point? what's *new* as far as mutual israel vs. iran "I'll bomb you back to stone age" threats are concerned?
I'd like to see how they would pull a move off. They can't send troops by sea to israel because israel has a better military than the entire middle east put together. They can't attack by air because israel has the best airforce and pilots in the entire region. They can't lob missiles because israel has a better anti missle system than the US. They can't send troops through Iraq and SA because they are US allies.

Is it just me or does Iran also fail to realize that it would also be "wiped off the face of the Earth" Just one more international game of looking big and bad for the populace at home. Iran fully knows that one move by it towards Israel would bring the wrath of hell down on them. With that said I wouldn't care to see anything hit the fan unlike your delights of fancy Cyrus, nuclear conflicts are no game at all, especially between two such parties that can't stand each other. Let's hope that they both are smarter in the future than such statements.
On second thought upon reading the article fully, you are making this out to be way more than it is. Israel could say the same thing about Iran or Syria(not that I believe they have any nuclear arms), North Korea could say the same thing about South Korea. There is no point in the Al-Jazeera article at all except a lot of grandious statements by Iran and the regurgitated anti-U.S. statements. Iran should focus on bringing justice to the murdered journalist Zara Kazemi and the shameless, sham of a trial that they conducted recently. The country you are in right now as a matter of fact Cyrus will probably bring Iran before the International Court of Justice for their deviant behaviour in denying justice to the family of Miss Kazemi. That sums up the current leadership of Iran in a nutshell.

Exactly what makes all you people soo sure that Iran cant attack Isreal and doesnt have the capabilities to do so??
I think if Isreal ever attacks Iran,then they are in for a disaster waiting to happen.But it is all good you guys can deny all you want,and you can underestimate.If a war ever happens,it'll be long and bloody on both sides,not to mention that other countries in the region that might get invlove and perhaps even the world.
This is giving The US more reason to pump more death machines into that area of the world in order to fit their hegemonic agenda.
Israel's military may be stronger than all the middle eastern nations...but lets not exaggerate their power. Iran has numbers.. israel doesnt.
And guess what guys... a nuke is a nuke.. once Iran has one... Israel will never be able to touch that nation.. same with the US. That is why Israel is shitting its pants and that shit will hit the fan above them

some of you haters can piss and moan all you want but the fact remains...the battlefield is divided. Iran is isolated. the ball is now in their political court. it is their mistake to be made (war) not those who wish peace...but imagine if they make that mistake.
i dont wish war upon anyone. But i do beleive nations when struck, should defend themselves. In this case.. if Israel were to attack Iran... Iran has every right to strike back.
As much as id like to see Iran's government overthrown.. this is just really pushing it.
Iran isnt like lebenon where it can strike if they think "terrorists" are operating there.. this is Iran, the largest middle eastern nation inthe world.

i admire your generous pearls of ancient historical wisdom. my rebuttal would only inquire "why the fuck are they in the position they are in now?" i know why but thats not important.
they are alone in the sense that whatever shitty hand they got dealt or brought upon themselves in the grand poker game we call mideast peace this last quarter century, they will have to deal with. alone. if they decided to up the ante with nukes, noone else made that decision for them.
and i don't care what you say, my country has put them in a position of overwhelming pressure where they alone can make the right choice the hard way, or the wrong choice the easy way. either way isolated. i don't see or have ever seen your precious muslim millions rush to the aid of Iran in a time of humanity or safeguard. do you know why?

I think that Iran would have trouble lobbing a nuclear missile over Israel with the high risk of hitting either the palestinians or jordanians who aren't that far away. Its not like lobbing a missile in the US or Russia etc where if you miss you are still hitting land in the same country. It wouldnt ever be in their interest because israel probably has enough missiles to destroy all of iran from submarines and cruisers alone.

Correct me if Im wrong, but i think if a war did ensue that it would be a close call. Iran has its huge size compared to Israel. Israel's targets are all pact close together in a small strip of land.
With respect to the military, Iran has 20 times as many capable fighters than Israel.. yet Israel has double as many weapons.
