When you're lonely or bored allow yourself to be lonely or bored. It all passes in time. But if you allow yourself to be that way you'll find it's actually quite enjoyable and relaxing. Use that time to clear your mind, think of the ones you love, and what good times you and friends have had and will have. We don't always have to be doing something. I also agree with sabin....put on some music and dance : )

I'll have some thnx! and by the way...don't feel bad, i used to be like that all the time until I found that I live quite good with myself, not always but most of the times! just use yer time doing what you like best, exploit those abilities and discover some that you have hidden (i didn't know i could actually mix). try it and you'll feel much better
