LOL, that was a little too descriptive. I can almost feel the pain

My cousin used to hang with him whenever he was in Cali...she says he's a little snobish...but I've listened to a couple of pieces and I think I'm gonna like his music....

Christopher Lawrence is a good show. I saw him do a small set (he got cut off early) and I was pretty impressed. At the same time it is nothing too spectacular, but his music selection is great.

Yes it really is Max Graham. There are several producers/djs who post on TA.

That is pretty sweet. Great way to get to know the DJ's and a great way for the DJ's to know their fans!!

dude, Max... dont even sweat it bro. In my honest opionion your set ROCKED. For the record, I dont say shit like this to kiss ass, cuz it takes alot to impress me (much less get me to dance) and...I was the crazy one wearing the wifebeater.. dancing just about the entire set Also the one who requested you to play "Airtight" if that rings a bell. Anyone, I had alot of fun.

To anyone that didn't like his set...well music is subjective, and to each their own opinion. It seems to me though, that there are malcontents who never seem to be happy no matter who is spinning. All they do is go to the club/ party, stand there..and do nothing but gripe. My question is...why even show up? lol. This isnt directed to anyone in particular but if the shoe fits...

I requested him to play that before he went on and he said he forgot to bring it with him lol. But yeah I have seen him close to 15 times now (saw him a shitload while in California) and he never gets old. What I like about him is that he has his own distinct style. Rather than play the new releases being being jammed out by armin, tiesto, van dyk, he plays the lesser known (and unknown) ones that you might otherwise not hear. Not saying he is better than any other DJ, but I can respect him for doing his own thing. The crowd couldnt get enough of him and requested him to play 2 encores..which he only had time for one I suppose. Can't wait til he comes back thats for sure.

Whoever made the post above about him supposedly being snobby, I can assure you this is NOT the case. One of the few headliners that I know is down to talk with fans before the his set.

I really enjoyed last night. I wasn't too big a fan of the shirt he was wearing, but once the songs started kickin, i just didn't care.

Could anybody id some of the songs that were played? (besides automanual)

also, i enjoyed the preshow. a lot of songs from sasha's ibiza seemed to be played, but there was one song that i really enjoyed but never heard before and had no clue. can anyone help?

ya'll comin out for the next big ones?

Posted by D Dubya on Aug-09-2004 06:28:

What was on his shirt that bothered you?

Posted by HALO555 on Aug-09-2004 06:33:

CL's shirt was "Anyone but BUSH."

Cheers
