VSTi Hoover Synth

Does anyone have any info on creating a good hoover synth, commonly used in hard dance and hard house?

Only interested in VSTi's personally as I have no hardware, but may be useful for other TA's.

Maybe certain presets or guides or certain synths, i.e. vstation or z3ta+?

I think some people say JunoX2 can create hoover sounds, but I'm not sure as I haven't tried it myself.

Albino 1 has a preset called Drum & bass hoove. Might be what you're looking for?
