I figured that you might be able to tell me how rare it is and if it's worth anything, being rather a fan of the track (all be it the TE EBE mix)

Sorry I don't have a clue how much it would be worth. Where did you get it from and how long have you had it. It looks very nice, never seen anything like that before!

I bought it in 1997 from Vinyl Exchange in Manchester for �2.99.

I can find out an exact date, 'cos I log all my purchases in an accounting type tabular book, except I've misplaced it at the moment!

I've got a feeling I bought it after Reactivate 12 came out, as that CD was the first time I heard Blue Fear, so I think I prob picked the 12" up August time.

It's the only Xtravaganza Promo I have and I think that it's the only coloured vinyl they did. I know the commerical release was on the standard black.

The code is 0091290 EXT and the tracklisting is:

a1) Extended Version
b1) X Marks The Spot
b2) Archeae From Space

Wow, the price of this vinyl on the ebay auction i mentioned above has now reached GBP 27.00. Thats about $80.00 Australian, which is heaps considering most vinyls sell in shops for AU$20.00. The other week i saw Moogwai - Viola sell for AU$96... must be dam hard to find!!
