Track ID - Dont Hesitate?

Trance track leaning towards the cheesy side but I love it. Female vocals very high pitched singing something like

"Dont hesitate, Hesitaaaate"
"Tell me what your thinking"

Or something very similair. All help appreciated.

I also want to know this!!! The voice of the woman resembles very much the voice of "Gala", if you know her song 'freed from desire'
