My father came up with some crazy idea, why not have an outdoor even at Mirabel Airport their not using it anymore and it be easier to find your way there. I wonder how much the government would want to a person to spend to rent it out for about two days straight. Would have working bathrooms, people can put there tents inside. Also the amount of money to attract a godly size growed for about; 4 stages (psytrance, trance, progressive/house and upcomings)

There are way too many big names on that lineup, you'd need maybe 10 big names, otherwise you'd be wasting your time, put locals in on either end of them to fill out the lineup and save yourself a couple 100 gs

Rather than doing an all out trance festival ( which i think would fail miserably because there isn't enough people that likes trance in montreal to be able to generate some profits )

Gatecrasher has an event like that in England (July 31st) where they take a whole airfield and convert the different areas into different places (beach themes, city themes etc.). The lineup is crazy and always pretty much what you wrote down and it is a smashing success.
However, you might want to get a big name like Gatecrasher or Aria behind your idea because more than the cost of the airport is the fees for the djs! It would rock in montreal as the summer is always beautiful.
